My Carbon Fiber iPad case fit is really tight, what can I do:
We are issuing a voluntary recall for any customer who is unsatisfied with the fit of their carbon fiber iPad case. We have designed a completely new liner for the iPad case and would be happy to replace your current liner for free. Please contact us for the details.
What is Carbon Fiber:
Carbon fiber, also known as carbon fibre, graphite fiber, carbon graphite or CF, is a material consisting of extremely thin fibers composed mostly of carbon atoms. The carbon atoms are bonded together and aligned parallel to the long axis of the fiber. The crystal alignment makes the fiber very strong for its size. Several thousand carbon fibers are twisted together to form a yarn, which may be used by itself or woven into a fabric. Carbon fiber has many different weave patterns and can be combined with a resin and molded to form composite materials that provide an incredibly high strength-to-weight ratio material. Carbon Fiber properties such as high tensile strength, low weight, and low thermal expansion make it very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military, motorsports, and other competition sports. However, it is relatively expensive when compared to similar materials such as metals or plastics.
Do you ship to Worldwide:
We do ship worldwide with FedEx and USPS priority mail. Shipping costs vary depending on the service you choose and the exact location you are having the order shipped to.
Shipping to Europe starts at about $22 USD but you can select your method and get an exact quote in our shopping cart during the checkout process.
Do you do any custom projects or custom options for your products:
At this time no we do not do any of those options. Our developments are driven by our customer demands so if this is something you would like us to explore please let us know by emailing us or posting it to our blog, facebook, or twitter.

How do I return or exchange a product :
All returnes and exchanges must be processed back into our facility with an RMA code. All returns and exchanges must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, packing slip, and parts. Returns and exchanges recieved in poor condition or without original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact our customer service below to get your RMA code and further instructions.
